Returns Policy Overview
At Mattress & Beddings, we stand behind the quality of every mattress we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except under warranty conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your mattress must be completely unused and in the same condition as when delivered. It must also be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. No stains, tears, or damage of any kind is acceptable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or used mattresses cannot be returned. Custom-made or special order mattresses, mattresses with removed tags or labels, and sale or clearance items (unless defective) are also non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email or call our customer service team within 30 days. Share your order number and reason for return. Our team will schedule an inspection to verify eligibility.
If approved, we’ll provide return authorization and instructions. We’ll schedule a pickup (in Karachi) or provide shipping instructions for other locations.
Important: Please do not send your mattress back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through our authorized process.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Credit will be applied to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, items returned after 30 days but within warranty period, or any item with obvious signs of use or wear.
Exchange Policy
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. This includes manufacturing defects covered under warranty, items damaged during shipping, or if we shipped the wrong mattress.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Shipping Returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Free pickup is available for approved returns within Karachi city limits. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for returns outside Karachi.
Original packaging must be used for protection. We recommend using trackable shipping for expensive items.
